Where do your flowers come from?
Primarily from Kenya, complemented by growers in South America. Every farm is inspected against the same four quality tiers before a single stem ships.
What is your minimum order quantity?
1,000 stems, which can be combined across varieties and quality tiers within a single standing order.
How is pricing structured?
Roses and spray roses are priced per stem in SEK by stem length and head size, with volume prices per variety. Varieties without a price list are priced on request.
What do your prices include?
Prices are in SEK per stem, delivered to you and excluding VAT. Prices are visible after you log in with an approved customer account, see How to order.
Do you ship outside Sweden?
Yes. Africane Bloom distributes to retailers worldwide from its head office in Sweden.
Can I mix varieties in one standing order?
Yes. The 1,000-stem minimum applies across your combined selection, not per variety.
What happens if my shipment arrives damaged?
Contact your account representative with photos as soon as possible and we resolve it straight away. The complaints policy is available as a PDF in the footer.
Can I change or pause a standing order?
Yes. Reach out to your account contact. Standing orders are adjusted between shipments.
How do I get the full catalogue?
Request it through the contact page or the Request the catalogue button. You receive the variety list with photos and prices within two business days.
