How Africane Bloom handles personal data on africane.se.
Who is responsible
Cabrera Group AB, trading as Africane Bloom, Sweden, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: info@africane.se.
What we store
When you use the contact form: name, company, e-mail address, phone number, country and the message you write. When you register as a customer in the webshop: company name, contact person, e-mail address, phone number, country, VAT number (optional) and a password stored as a one-way hash.
Why, and on what basis
To answer your inquiry, review and approve your customer account, show you prices, handle order requests and deliveries, and keep accounting records. The basis is steps before a contract and performing a contract with your company, our legitimate interest in running a wholesale business, and legal obligations (accounting).
How long
Inquiries are kept while the dialogue is open and deleted on request. Account details are kept while the account is active. Order and accounting records are kept for as long as Swedish accounting law requires, currently seven years.
Who receives data
Our service providers process data on our behalf: Vercel (web hosting), Resend and Supabase (delivery of form messages to our e-mail) and our e-mail provider. We do not sell personal data. Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Write to info@africane.se. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
