Where do your flowers come from?
Our flowers come primarily from Kenya, complemented by growers in South America. Every farm is inspected against the same four-tier grading standard before a single stem ships.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order is 1,000 stems, which can be combined across varieties and quality tiers within a single standing order.
How is pricing structured?
Roses and spray roses are priced per stem in SEK by stem length and head size, with volume prices per variety. Other flowers are priced on request.
What do your prices include?
Prices are in SEK per stem, delivered to you and excluding VAT. Prices are visible after you log in with an approved customer account — see How to Order for the full walkthrough.
Do you ship outside Sweden?
Yes — Africane Bloom distributes to retailers worldwide from our Sweden HQ.
Can I mix varieties in one standing order?
Yes — the 1,000-stem minimum applies across your combined selection, not per variety.
What happens if my shipment arrives damaged?
Contact your account representative with photos as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly.
Can I change or pause a standing order?
Yes — reach out to your account contact; standing orders can be adjusted between shipments.
